Two Kids Found a Quarter, and Returned It

What's the most money you've ever found on the ground?  Like, 5 or 10 bucks?  This'll make you feel like a total JERK for keeping it . . .

A 7-year-old kid named Eli Squire and his 5-year-old brother Bronx found a QUARTER on the ground outside a neighbor's house in Clearfield, Utah last month.  (About 30 miles north of Salt Lake City.)

Obviously a quarter isn't much money, even for a 7-year-old.  But a security camera got them on video talking about whether to keep it or return it to their neighbor.

Eli asked what they should do, and Bronx immediately said they should, quote, "do the right thing."  So they knocked on their neighbor's door and gave it to her.  Then the neighbor emailed the video to their mom, and the local news got ahold of it.

Their mom's name is Becky Squire.  Even though it was just a quarter, she's proud of them for returning it.

It turns out they actually could have USED it.  She makes them give each other a quarter if they get into a fight and get physical.

There's no word on whether they got a reward for being so honest.  But they both said they'll do the same thing if they ever find money again.
