Womenshealthmag.com has two helpful tips for wine drinkers, one for red and one for white.
For White Wine Drinkers:
(I found this one helpful because on occasion, if I have a bottle of white that hasn't been chilled, I've (GASP!) thrown an ice cube in it to cool it off. I'm going to try this...
*Don't toss that leftover wine ... instead, pour old wine into an ice-cube tray, freeze, then break out the cubes when you don't want to water down a glass of wine, or use them for cooking.
For Red Wine Drinkers:
*Use red wine for a marinade for beef. Mix with a little olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and lemon juice and your favorite herbs.
